What a semester! I cannot believe it is over. I have so enjoyed this semester and this class. I am taking away many new collaborative tools to use in my classroom. One of those tools that I want to implement in my classroom next year is a classroom blog. I would love to set up a classroom blog to share information, lessons, extra practice, pictures and videos to my parents and students. I love a blog because it gives the parents an opportunity to go back and look at previous blog post and to comment. They even have the opportunity to share the blog with family members if wanted. I also want to enhance my students digital literacy by providing tools and applications for them to use in the classroom. Besides implementing the classroom blog, I want to implement socrative more for assessment tools. I have used it before and love how it grades it for you and provides a data analysis for you. As an educator, it is important for us to reflect on data because it helps us better ourselves...
I love the video clips. Especially the kids! The music and the text within! -Sydney
ReplyDeleteI loved watching your video and seeing the kids incorporated into your video as well, very unique! I struggled with this assignment mainly because I wanted to use I-Movie because I am very familiar with that software but for some reason I could not find it on the app store and eventually moved along to using another software. It is great to see that you had better results with I-Movie than I did! Awesome job!

ReplyDeleteHi Kayla,
ReplyDeleteCool video! Great use of the kids and titles! It looks like they enjoy learning and collaborating together,
I enjoyed your video, at my school we do things with iMovie and our kids really enjoy it! I hope that you continue to use it but it is definitely a learning curve!
ReplyDeleteHey Kayla !
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed watching your video. I love how you incorporated the kids in the video. It is always great to show a glimpse of our real world. I attempted to use MAC software before and it was a fail, I ran right back to Windows. I had problems with the software on my end as well, it's always a good way to learn hands on for the next go around. I could not tell how you had any problems, your video was great !
